al artículo 9º del Decreto número 1898 de 2023, el cual quedará así:

Parágrafo

Teniendo en cuenta lo establecido en el numeral 2 del

Parágrafo 1

del artículo 3º del presente decreto, las empresas autorizadas que hayan suscrito alianzas estratégicas presentarán ante la autoridad administradora, en los términos que esta establezca, el acuerdo de voluntades que acredite la relación de alianza estratégica, con el fin de obtener la autorización para la sesión y uso del contingente según lo establecido en el artículo 9º del presente decreto.
