La Resolución sobre la inscripción de una marca transcribiráse literalmente en el libro de registro de marcas, con indicación de la fecha, y el Secretario del Ministerio certificará al pie, que es copia autentica de la Resolución dictada por el Ministro, e indicará el número del expediente en que constan las actuaciones originales.
