Modificar los literales b1 y b3 del artículo 3º Decreto 2916 de 1994, los cuales quedarán así: b1) Durante el mes de abril de 1995, suprimir parcialmente las Regionales Bolívar, Caquetá, Cauca, Cundinamarca, el Sistema de Parques Nacionales Naturales, la Seccional Gorgona y un 30% de las Oficinas Principales; b3) Durante los meses de agosto y septiembre de 1995, las Regionales Huila, Llanos Orientales, Atlántico, Santander, Sucre, Seccional San Andrés y el 40% de las oficinas principales.
