° Las funciones de la Sección de Auditoría Interna del Impuesto sobre las Ventas de la División de Auditoría a que se refieren las artículos 87 y 89 del Decreto 074 de 1976, serán ejercidas por el Jefe de dicha Sección o por Sus delegados. Además, dictará las providencias de devoluciones del impuesto sobre las ventas, de cancelación del registro de responsables del mismo, de concesión de exenciones de los impuestos de timbre y papel sellado cuando proceda" dicha concesión y practicará a prevención las liquidaciones de aforo respecto del impuesto de ventas a que se refiere el artículo 93 del mismo Decreto.
