Una vez se termine de aplicar el programa gradual de nivelación salarial, las entidades descentralizadas de salud del orden territorial, podrán definir los criterios de actualización conforme lo determine la autoridad competente, teniendo en cuenta la disponibilidad de sus propios recursos.
