La antigüedad de los Oficiales y Suboficiales, se contará en cada grado a partir de la fecha que señale la disposición que confiere el último ascenso, o por la prioridad del número de éste cuando se produjeren varias el mismo día. Cuando la misma disposición asciende varios Oficiales y Suboficiales a igual grado, la antigüedad se establecerá por el ascenso anterior, y así sucesivamente, hasta llegar al orden de colocación en la disposición que confirió el primer grado de la jerarquía correspondiente. La antigüedad de un Oficial o Suboficial se fijará en el orden de colocación en el escalafón respectivo.
