ARTICULO 3o . Para la aplicación integral del Decreto 1444 de 1992, los Consejos Superiores de las Universidades Públicas del Orden Nacional expedirán o modificarán los Estatutos de Personal Docente, a más tardar el 30 de abril de 1993. El incumplimiento de este plazo será causal de mala conducta y dará lugar a las sanciones disciplinarias correspondientes.
