Las bibliotecas públicas del orden nacional, departamental, distrital y municipal darán atención al público, además de sus jornadas ordinarias de lunes a viernes durante los sábados, domingos y festivos en un horario no inferior a cuatro (4) horas diarias en la jornada que corresponda a las necesidades de la comunidad a la que presta servicio.
