Artículo segundo. Para los fines del articulo anterior, la Junta queda autorizada para invertir los productos de la administración que se le confió en la cláusula veintidós del contrato que consta en la escritura pública número 4536 de 1946 de la Notaría Segunda de Bogotá, y continuará ejerciendo tal administración con las mismas atribuciones.
