Límite en el pasivo: Los factores vigilados por la Superintendencia de Sociedades están sujetos a los límites previstos en el numeral 1 del artículo 2.18.2.1 del Decreto 1068 de 2015, o la norma que lo sustituya, en cuanto a no tener en su pasivo con el público obligaciones con más de 20 personas o más de 50 obligaciones, contraídas directamente o a través de interpuesta persona. Este pasivo se refiere al recibido a título de mutuo o cualquiera en que no se prevea como contraprestación el suministro de bienes o servicios, y siempre que se cumplan las condiciones previstas en la norma.
