ARTICULO 11 . Adiciónase el artículo 2.2.2.7.2 con el siguiente literal: 11. En títulos representativos de captaciones o en títulos valores, emitidos por instituciones financieras vigiladas por la Superintendencia Bancaria, hasta por el monto que resulte de aplicar el treinta por ciento (30%) a su capital pagado reservas patrimoniales y técnicas, sin que en una sola empresa la inversión exceda del treinta por ciento (30%) del capital pagado y reservas patrimoniales de la compañía inversionista.
