El Instituto Nacional de Radio y Televisión-Inravisión en Liquidación no podrá iniciar nuevas actividades en desarrollo de su objeto social y conservará su capacidad jurídica únicamente para expedir los actos, celebrar, subrogar los contratos y adelantar las acciones necesarias para su liquidación.
