Artículo primero. A los Contadores matriculados conforme a la legislación anterior que no hubieren cumplido con el ordenamiento del artículo 22 del Decreto 2373 de 1956, les será exigido el requisito prescrito para la inscripción de los Contadores Públicos por el ordinal b) del artículo 4° de la Ley 145 de 1960.
