El Ministerio del Interior y de Justicia examinará la documentación presentada, y si advirtiere que faltan en ella algunos documentos importantes, la devolverá al funcionario judicial con una nota en que se indiquen los nuevos elementos de juicio que deban allegarse al expediente.
