° Las condiciones exigidas por la ley para ser Magistrado de la Corte Electoral, Registrador Nacional del Estado Civil, Secretario General, Visitador Nacional, Delegad o del Registrador Nacional y Registrador Distrital o Municipal se acreditarán dentro del término de un mes contado a partir de la fecha del nombramiento ante la entidad o funcionario nominador. Si transcurrido el término anterior el designado no ha acreditado las condiciones exigidas por la ley, se entenderá que no acepta el cargo y por con siguiente se procederá a nueva elección o nombramiento Sin embargo, cuando las designaciones para proveer los citados cargos sean en interinidad, ad hoc o pea encargo, no será necesario acreditar las calidades exigidas.
