El Consejo Nacional de Economía Solidaria y el Comité Ejecutivo, tendrá una Secretaría técnica, la cual será organizada y reglamentada por el Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Cooperativas, Dancoop, con el fin de servir de apoyo técnico y administrativo, de carácter permanente, al Consejo y al Comité Ejecutivo, para la coordinación, estudios básicos y desarrollo de los planes, trabajo y actividades de sus órganos de ejecución.
