Participación de las mujeres afrocolombianas rurales en los órganos de decisión de los consejos comunitarios. En las asambleas generales y en las juntas del consejo comunitario que integran los consejos comunitarios de las comunidades afrocolombianas, así como en las Comisiones Consultivas Departamentales, Regionales y de Alto Nivel, deberá haber una participación no menor del 30% de mujeres afrocolombianas rurales.
