° Autorizase al Ministerio de Comunicaciones para contratar con la Imprenta Nacional el resello de las especies postales que se indican a continuación: Tres millones quinientas mil (3.500.000) estampillas de correo extrarrápido de cinco centavos ($0.05), con motivo Virgen de Chiquinquirá, para correo ordinario, con el mismo valor. Seis millones (6.000.000) de estampillas de correo aéreo de veinticinco centavos ($0.25), con motivo Santuario de Las Lajas, para diez centavos ($0.10), correo ordinario. Dos millones (2.000.000) de estampillas de correo ordinario de cuatro centavos ($0.04), con motivo Departamento de Bolívar, para dos centavos ($0.02) correo ordinario. Dos millones (2.000.000) de estampillas de correo aéreo de sesenta centavos ($0.60) con el motivo Mono de la Pila, para cincuenta centavos ($0.50), correo aéreo.
