Art. 1º En la Provincia de San Juan habrá dos circuitos de Notaria y Registro: el de San Juan, formado por los Municipios de San Pablo, Tadó y Condoto, con Itsmina por cabecera; y el de Novita, integrado con los Municipios de Baudó, Cuéllar, Sijú y Nóvita, que será su cabecera.
