Metodología general al definir contraprestaciones por concesiones portuarias. Al establecer contraprestaciones por concesiones portuarias se aplicará la metodología que aparece en el Anexo C del documento Conpes-DNP-2680-Mintransporte-UINF del 11 de noviembre de 1993. La metodología deberá aplicarse en tal manera que permita definir un valor de la contraprestación para cada año; y que permita incluir los valores respectivos en cada contrato de concesión. Así mismo, a través de la metodología de contraprestación, se deberán evitar las rentas monopólicas. CAPITULO IV Del sistema tarifario.
