Prueba de existencia. Para todos los efectos legales, será prueba suficiente de la existencia y representación legal de las sociedades de gestión colectiva, la certificación que expida la Unidad Administrativa Especial Dirección Nacional de Derecho de Autor, la cual tendrá una vigencia de seis (6) meses.
