El requerimiento de transferencia que eleve la entidad solicitante deberá contar con una justificación técnica y financiera, suscrita por el representante legal de la entidad solicitante, en la cual se detalle la destinación del bien y las partidas presupuestales que garanticen la ejecución, operación y mantenimiento del proyecto.
