La clasificación, ingresos, ascensos, retiros, prestaciones sociales y demás derechos y obligaciones del personal de dotación de las Fuerzas en comisión en los Fondos Rotatorios, se regirán por las disposiciones del Ramo de Guerra; pero para el efecto del desempeño de sus funciones, están sometidos a los Reglamentos de Régimen Interno de los mencionados Fondos.
