Cuando el Fondo de Garantías de Instituciones Financieras otorgue capital garantía en Bancos Cooperativos inscritos, se aplicarán las reglas establecidas en el numeral 3° del artículo 320 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero. En relación con los Bancos Cooperativos, y para los efectos de la norma citada en el inciso anterior, cuando se haga referencia a acciones se entenderá que se trata de aportes sociales.
