Cancelación del registro. Las cámaras de comercio cancelarán la inscripción en el Registro Nacional de Turismo por las siguientes razones

Por decisión de la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio, por las infracciones previstas en el artículo 71 de la Ley 300 de 1996.

Por solicitud del prestador inscrito en estado activo. En este caso, el prestador deberá eliminar la actividad turística del registro mercantil.

Cuando el prestador de servicios turísticos no renueve su inscripción durante dos (2) periodos consecutivos.

Cuando se cancele el Registro Mercantil.
