Artículo único. Aclárase el alcance del artículo 1° del Decreto-ley 2240 de octubre 25 de 1951, en el sentido de que la Dirección Nacional de Estadística, creada como Departamento Administrativo sustituye las Secciones de Estadística Nacional y de Censos Nacionales que hoy funcionan en la Contraloría General de la República.
