º. Duración y prórroga de la licencia . Las licencias se otorgarán por un término máximo de diez (10) años, el cual podrá ser prorrogado hasta por un período igual. En todo caso, la duración total de la licencia, incluyendo sus prórrogas no podrá exceder de veinte (20) años. La prórroga deberá ser solicitada por el licenciatario antes del vencimiento de la licencia ante el Ministerio de Comunicaciones, quien la evaluará teniendo en cuenta, entre otros, el cumplimiento de los requerimientos técnicos y de las obligaciones pecuniarias.
