En Los Terrenos Que Hacen Parte Del Inmueble A Que Se Refiere El Artículo Anterior, El Departamento Administrativo De Servicios Generales Construirá El Parque Y El Monumento Ordenados En El Artículo 1º De La Ley 122 De 1962

º En los terrenos que hacen parte del inmueble a que se refiere el artículo anterior, el Departamento Administrativo de Servicios Generales construirá el parque y el monumento ordenados en el artículo 1º de la Ley 122 de 1962.

Parágrafo

Para estos efectos, el Departamento Administrativo de Servicios Generales adquirirá. De acuerdo con las normas del Código Fiscal, y mediante los demás trámites legales a que hubiere lugar, los terrenos anexos a los que hacen parte integrante del inmueble a que se refiere el artículo 1º de este Decreto, que fueren necesarios para la construcción del parque.
