La evaluación de desempeño se adelantará conforme a los criterios, procedimientos y procesos generales definidos por el Ministerio de Educación Nacional, mediante una comisión nombrada para tal fin, en la que participarán, entre otros, representantes de los docentes, de las facultades de educación y de las escuelas normales superiores.
