Convocatoria del referendo. Expedidas las certificaciones por la Registraduría del Estado Civil correspondiente, sobre el número de apoyos requerido, así como el fallo de la Corte Constitucional, el Gobierno Nacional, departamental, distrital, municipal o local correspondiente, convocará el referendo mediante decreto, en el término de ocho días, y adoptará las demás disposiciones necesarias para su ejecución.

(Exequible, en el sentido expuesto en la Sentencia C-180 de 1994 de la Corte Constitucional).
