Art. 39. Si la cuenta se halla arreglada y corriente, se procederá á fenecerla provisionalmente, si fuere mensual, no pudiendo ser fenecida definitivamente hasta que lo sea la general del bienio económico á que corresponda, con las excepciones que establece el artículo 84. Si fuere general, se fenecerá de una manera definitiva y se mandará consultar el auto con la Sala.
