Requisitos

Requisitos. Para matricular una embarcación o un artefacto fluvial, deberán cumplirse los siguientes requisitos:

1.

Presentar ante la autoridad fluvial:

a)

Copia del documento que acredite la propiedad de la embarcación, en el que conste el nombre y características de la embarcación;

b)

Planos suscritos por ingeniero naval;

c)

Certificado de la inspección técnica efectuada por la Oficina del Grupo Técnico de la respectiva Inspección Fluvial.

d)

Licencia otorgada para construirla.

El constructor podrá hacer la solicitud para sí o para un tercero.

Si existiere hipoteca, este gravamen se inscribirá en la matrícula.

2.

Al matricular una embarcación o un artefacto fluvial provenientes de otra jurisdicción, deberá cancelarse la matrícula anterior.
