º Asignase al Instituto Colombiano de Construcciones Escolares la función de proveer de muebles y equipos a los establecimientos nacionales dependientes del Ministerio de Educación, con cargo a las partidas que para ese fin posean dichos establecimientos, procedentes del presupuesto nacional o de los fondos de servicios docentes formados por las sumas que pagan los alumnos.
