Igualmente el Fondo deberá realizar las funciones que le fueron señaladas por medio del contrato celebrado entre el Gobierno Nacional y el Banco de la República, el día 10 de abril de 1967, y las que en el futuro le sean atribuidas por el Legislador o el Gobierno Nacional.
