Ley 1291 de 2009 · por medio de la cual se declara como patrimonio cultural de la nación al festival internacional de poesía de Medellín y se dictan otras disposiciones.

Parágrafo 1

Se autoriza al Gobierno Nacional efectuar los traslados, créditos, contracréditos, convenios interadministrativos entre la Nación y los departamentos y/o municipios donde se realice el Festival.

Parágrafo 2

El costo total y la ejecución de las obras sociales y culturales de interés general señaladas anteriormente no podrán ser inferiores al equivalente de (600) salarios mínimos legales y se financiarán con recursos del Presupuesto Nacional. Para tal fin, se deberán tener en cuenta los recursos incluidos en el Plan Nacional de Desarrollo para los distintos fines aquí previstos.
