El empleado oficial que en el ejercicio de su cargo viole cualquiera de las disposiciones anteriores, o autorice, facilite, patrocine o encubra el ejercicio ilegal de las Ingenierías Eléctrica, Mecánica y profesiones afines, en cualquiera de sus ramas, incurrirá, sin perjuicio de las sanciones que le fueren aplicables por la transgresión de las leyes penales o de policía, en falta disciplinaria que se castigará con la suspensión del cargo por primera vez, y con la destitución en caso de reincidencia.
