El artículo 142 de la Constitución Nacional quedará así:
El Procurador General de la Nación, será elegido para un período de cuatro años por la Cámara de Representantes de terna que le envíe el Presidente de la República.
El Procurador General, quien tendrá los agentes que determine la ley con las funciones que ésta les señale, no será reelegible, en ningún caso para el período inmediato.
