° El que tuviere en su poder llave falsa o deformada, ganzúa o cualquier otro instrumento apto para descerrejar o abrir puerta o ventana o abrir cualquier medio de protección contra la propiedad, y no diere explicación satisfactoria sobre la procedencia o destino de tales objetos, incurrirá en relegación a colonia agrícola de uno (1) a tres (3) años.
