ARTICULO 28º. El presente Decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación, modifica el artículo 35 de la Ley 30 de 1988, deroga los artículos 107 y 108 del Código Contencioso Administrativo y las disposiciones que le sean contrarias.
