No podrá instalarse una fuente fija artificial nueva de contaminación del aire, ni producirse ampliaciones o modificaciones en una fija artificial existente, sin haber obtenido autorización sanitaria de instalación o a utorización sanitaria provisional de funcionamiento según el caso, expedida por el Ministerio de Salud o la entidad en quien éste' delegue.
