El empleado oficial que, en el ejercicio de su cargo viole cualquiera de las disposiciones anteriores, o autorice, facilite, patrocine o encubra el ejercicio ilegal de la Ingeniería o de la Arquitectura, incurrirá, sin perjuicio de las sanciones que le fueren aplicables por la transgresión de las leyes penales o de policía, en falta disciplinaria que se castigará con la suspensión del cargo por primera vez, y con la destitución en caso de reincidencia.
