º La Nación suscribirá inmediatamente el otro millón de pesos previsto en el artículo 2º, y pagará esta cantidad al Instituto dentro de los plazos que acuerde la Junta Directiva de dicha entidad. Fijados que sean dichos plazos, la Nación extenderá pagarés a su cargo y a favor del Instituto por la expresada cantidad de un millón de pesos y cuyo vencimiento corresponderá al de los plazos que se hayan señalado.
