Ley 1421 de 2010 · Por medio de la cual se prorroga la Ley 418 de 1997, prorrogada y modificada por las Leyes 548 de 1999, 782 de 2002 y 1106 de 2006.

amends ley 418/97

El artículo 64 de la Ley 418 de 1997 , prorrogado por el artículo 1 ° , de la Ley 548 de 1999 , modificado por el artículo 21 de la Ley 782 de 2002 , prorrogado por el artículo 1°, de la Ley 1106 de 2006 , quedará así:

Artículo 64. Los beneficios que en este título se consagran, no comprenden la responsabilidad que los favorecidos tengan respecto de particulares.

En el caso en que se concedan dichos beneficios, la acción civil podrán intentarse con posterioridad ante la jurisdicción civil ordinaria.
