LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.4.1.1.2.5. Tripulantes que Desempeñan Actividades en el Buque. Por la actividad marítima a la cual se dedique el buque, se clasifica en:

Tripulantes de naves de transporte marítimo.

Tripulantes de naves de transporte marítimo especializado. (Buques, tanques y similares).

Tripulantes de naves de pesca comercial.

Tripulantes de naves de recreo.
