Art. 1.° Señálase del Tesoro nacional la cantidad de diez mil pesos para auxiliar á las personas necesitadas que hayan sufrido pérdidas irreparables en el incendio ocurrido en la ciudad de Quibdó el 17 del mes de Marzo último.

Parágrafo

Dicho auxilio se pondrá á disposicion del Presidente del Estado del Cauca para que sea distribuido equitativamente en la forma que éste lo determine, debiendo hacerse la entrega en dos contados iguales, uno al sancionarse esta ley y otro cuatro meses después.
