Liquidación de cesantías. El Servicio de conformidad con las disposiciones del Decreto 3118 de 1968, deberá liquidar y entregar al Fondo Nacional del Ahorro, las cesantías de sus empleados.

Parágrafo

Solamente cuando se trate de trabajadores ocasionales, accidentales o transitorios que ocupe por tiempo no mayor de un (1) mes, y cuya labor sea distinta a las actividades normales del Servicio, pagará directamente las cesantías sin estar obligado con el Fondo Nacional del Ahorro.
