º . Informes. La Superintendencia Bancaria podrá solicitar a las compañías de financiamiento comercial información sobre el saldo de los microcréditos otorgados bajo esta modalidad, el valor de los préstamos vigentes con otros establecimientos de crédito, y aquella información que sea determinante para verificar que los recursos provenientes de los créditos sean destinados al fin para el cual fueron contratados.
