° Quienes celebren contratos con el Gobierno, deberán obligarse a pagar conjuntamente el valor de las asignaciones que para el personal de la Interventoría Fiscal se señalan en el presente Decreto, contribuyendo, además, con las sumas que el Ministerio de la Economía Nacional fije por resolución para gastos de oficinas, transportes, viáticos, etc.
