Art. 5° Se asigna para gastos i sueldos en la Salinado Cumaral, en caso de no ser arrendada, el nueve por ciento del producto liquido de las ventas de sal que se llegan mensualmente; el que se aplicará, para sueldo eventual del Administrador-almacenista, con mas cuatrocientos pesos anuales de sueldo fijo, siendo de su cargo los gastos do local i útiles de escritorio.
