El Inspector Jefe y los demás empleados adscritos a la Sección no podrán comunicar ni publicar los nombres de las personas o entidades que suministres datos o información que sirvan de base para adelantar las investigaciones que fueren del caso, so pena de incurrir en las sanciones administrativas consistentes en multas o destitución que impondrá el Ministro del ramo.
